     I have a md802 all systems and my updates have stopped i still have 7 months of free updates on my year free not happy bout this. Any one no who i contact about this.???????? NOT HAPPY autel

     Found out why no updates they put a buy updates 3 months before your free updates run out bite to early for me that is to put buy updates on your  account

     there is one year free update for all customers once the S/N is registered. Please provide the S/N

     Yes, we have the notice 3 months before the update period expires.
